3. The privacy of the files you upload and send is protected by us. No one can download your files, including yourself.
4. The results of our services for you are protected by the decryption master.
5. When the service is completed, you authorize us to send you an email notification.
6. When the service is completed, please check the result immediately and delete the file. If the file remains for more than 30 days, we will delete the result. Under the pay-on-success billing method, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account balance and will not be refunded to the payment account.
